Trump announces agreement with Venezuela for access to oil reserves
President Donald Trump announced that the US has entered an agreement with Venezuela to take control of 65 billion barrels of its oil reserves. The deal, negotiated with Venezuela's interim President Delcy Rodriguez, involves developing 17 oil fields.
Why it matters
